i tried finding different video of this incident and i couldn't locate anything that shows well enough what exactly is going on when they pull over a truck loaded with people. they call them teenagers adn when they jump out the bed the cops get mad, and something is handed off to someone on the ground (no i don't suspect a weapon, maybe a loudspeaker?) but it does look like the cop is trying to bust something out of the dudes hand with the shield.
