fuck the police general

what does Tim Pool have to say at a time like this? where is Tim Pool? let's get his braindead thoughts

that's basically what you're doing only the other way

don't get me wrong i really dislike Harris but she's still fucking better than trump so whatever

You guys are brainwashed to believe a system with some fixable flaws is irreparably broken - and that the things you are supporting (burning down courthouses and breaking into stores) are somehow going to fix it

I want to remake the social network but for 8chan

SLAYYYYYYYYYYYYY KAMALA HARRIS

dude if you twist the entire BLM movement into "burning down courthouses and breaking into stores" we can't have a real discussion

do you acknowledge the high level of agent provocateurs being used by the police depts. to make the movement look bad? can we talk about that?

can we talk about how a disorganised mob of people should not be held to the same standard as a professionally trained police force?

can we talk about how there are literally hundreds of examples of inexcusable brutal violence against protesters?

you're either using a slimy argument on purpose or you are seriously brainwashed

can we talk about the reason this shit is happening in the first place? about how your justice system does not protect the people it is supposed to?

I don't not support the "entire BLM movement" I am opposed to the part of the movement that wants to do destructive things and pretend it's progress

so a tiny, tiny part of it. okay sure

also try telling daniel shaver to "wait and let the legal system fix itself"

or breonna taylor

or their families

Can you not see how you, as two white canadians, probably have a less informed perspective of the American justice system and its flaws and potential solutions

do you acknowledge that angry and hopeless people are more likely to be destructive? and that your current govt. and president is doing next to nothing to give those people hope?

day 1 or 2 of the protests and trumps talking about "you loot we shoot" and "vicious dogs" I don't fucking blame people for wanting to destroy things

Can you name one time the American legal system made any meaningful change after peaceful protests? Because every time that I've seen has literally required the hot breath of unrest on white old dudes' necks to accomplish anything, and it's usually not justice but compromise.

Asoul after over 2 months of American police openly committing war crimes on the citizens who fund them: "c'mon guys, stop breaking into stores, just suffer proudly, the legal system is gonna give you justice annnnny day now"

The Montgomery Bus Boycott (1955–1956)

Impetus: Rosa Parks arrested for refusing to give up her seat on a bus. Every American child learns this story growing up.

Objective: Lessen racial segregation and inequality for blacks in the American South

Method of Protest: Montgomery’s black population refused to use public transportation.

Results: An Alabama district court ruled that the racial segregation was unlawful. The decision was appealed but upheld by the Supreme Court.

Was the Protest a Success? Yes. It also served as the impetus for the civil rights movement of the 1960s.
