In my opinion, it would not be a bad idea for everyone in organizations to hit the pause button. It's not like there is any ability to responsibly host any large in person events right now because of the covid-19 situation. They need to try to responsibly get together and have a powwow like they did with the player alliance or w/e and try to somehow talk things out amongst themselves. There should definitely be some form of female representation or participation so they feel like their voices and complaints are being heard. This could create a funnel system that allows for more efficient and less chaotic/damaging dialogue, instead of the clusterfuck of twitter/reddit mobs. This is not something that is going to be fixed or resolved overnight. I think part of the reason for the mob and pitchforks is that a lot of people that are affected by this feel like they don't have a voice or representation, and this energy is taking the path of least resistance. At that moment it's reddit/twitter. I am suggesting it might be a good idea to create a funnel for that energy to be properly processed, because at the moment, it doesn't exist, or women would feel it would get swept under the rug given how things have been handled in the past.

Yeah people are getting burned at the stake but this shit has been talked and complained about for years and literally no one cared until it became a spectacle, and now more women and girls are adding their experiences and fueling fires.
