Assault is anything provoking extreme discomfort in someone, death threats or threats of physical harm are assault and actual contact is battery
So hitting someone unsuspecting from behind is battery without assault
I understand that’s the by-the-book legal definition but I dont think you can set the bar for assault at “something I said caused extreme discomfort”
Of course, you were actually in the situation and saw how it affected people around you so I would be stupid to disagree with your telling of it

Common use definition of the term “sexual assault” i think just means molestation or some sort of unwanted physical (sexual) contact that may (but not always) fall short of rape
Legally sending someone an unwanted dick pic or making a really over-the-line sexual comment may be “sexual assault” but I think to most people that is not what they mean when they say it
there are plenty of occasions people say “sexual assault” and mean “violent rape” so i guess im just figuring out how we are supposed to color between the lines here

He speaks with charismatic voice, but he tells things you already know. He dodges and weaves questions of greater significance with fillabuster and stage like acting. Expecting your own respect and like toward him to make you fall blind to his evasive behavior beyond his words.
He is well spoken and likely wise, but within his wisdom he refuses to draw any conclusion that serves as a disadvantage to him even if logic and reason were to pull him fully against himself he doesn’t entertain anything that would serve to hinder him.
Any man who cannot answer a question that falls well within the reasoning lines that he previously stated and expressed, has alternative motives that he refuses to reveal.
