I'm not a doctor, but I don't think you can blame sugar for what's wrong with you.
right but when you consume an unusual amount, i had like 2 packs of fruitsnacks, one pack of sour spaghetti, and icecream, im not used to sugars as my diet consist of mostly beef milk eggs and cheese. It will def amplify the darkest things in you.
