we compute a new descriptor for each entry under ClientAuthorization labeled “stealth”.
the blinded public key which the descriptor is encrypted/signed/stored under switches from a being a function of the master key, to a function of the pre-shared x25519 key.
i.e. H(x25519 | “stealth” | time period")

as far as I can tell, stealth clients shouldn’t be aware of the master key, so we can’t use the optional secret input into the blinded key computation.

that’s all stealth is, as far as I can tell; the work on verifying with the introduce cell has already been done.

impl will just be a bunch of ripping shit out and building a queue for uploading these descriptors, and changing the existing descriptor upload to use this queue.
