I was gonna suggest lat pull downs at first but they’re not as great as negatives.
You should be progressing more if you have a semi consistent diet and regular sleep…
My progression is really bad because I sleep too little and my diet swings from ‘imma lose weight’ to ‘fug it let’s get big’ every couple weeks.
i eat >210g proten per day and sleep almost always 8 hours my progress is fine let me fucking make gains mother fucker im weaker than you

You’re taking ketone salts or something right now right? Have you ever consider SHARMS? I’ve never done them personally but I’ve heard good things about them.
not sure what that is. ketone salts seem to have no effect on me but i am absolutely terrible at realizing when im under the effects of something (high, etc)
Oh my bad it’s SARMS. They’re selective androgen receptor modulator. Feel free to do research yourself hut from what I’ve read it they’re similar to roids but not.
