You can average a 5-7 min necronomicon. You can jungle ancients and because they deal pierce damage and manaburn, they clear very fast. You suffocate their jungle and farm lane.
In the offlane, you get to control their shrine/tp thing with nomicon because it's hard to contest.
Haunt ganks with oov + blight give great assist gold.
Everyone is copying it, but they are executing wrong by not maxing nomicon 3 first then radiance, because it's insanely op. However the true strength of the build is that you only need rank 1 because it has a 60 second duration so nom1 into radiance is always viable.

I think the meta is actually going to evolve into each team picking 2x necronomicon supports. Allowing that support to get necro, then swapping farm in lane while that person jungle.

also why would supports buy farming items? in the current meta the jungle isn't even big enough for the mid/carry most of the time
numeta has always done this thing where he jacks off in the jungle for the first 15 min and because it works in his low level pubs where people can't coordinate to run you over and end the game quickly or farm the map efficiently, he thinks it will work in the pro scene
