Ive been kinda following this guy, hes a bit odd but yeah. Inspired me to take my entire concoction of supplements. I take 11 pills a day right now.
I don't do the high intensity training though. Ur supposed to go as hard as you can for 15 min every day which is good for health and longevity.
I might try testosterone injections in the future like the proper ones, not some steroid type shit. Not waking up with boners constantly anymore which is a sign of T dropping
i think you are an ignorant asshole, but this post is not meaningless, even if that guy (johnson) is also a bit of an asshole. it is incredibly valuable information, and more people should focus on this kind of essential(critical) nutrient profile.
the real issue is in the quality of ingredients, and delivery. do you really need 11? do you know the good or proper ratios for some of these things? because sometimes you find that it's easy to take products that end up unbalancing or counter acting other nutrients. does he not intend to establish a product that includes these things? i'd think that would be a goal of his, given his mo
A supplement is not going to make up for a shit everything else, the post is pure marketing speak. Go get a metabolic panel or micronutrient test done if you wanna check for a deficiency instead of just shot gun blast your body with shit you might not need. Or do idc extra magnesium gives you diarrhea and maybe that's something you need.
As for randomly injecting testosterone without confirming you need it. it could make you lifelong dependent on the injections since your body will stop producing it entirely, it could make you infertile (this is a benefit to society at large though so ty), and up your odds of blood clots.
I hate motherfuckers willing to spend money on snake oil instead of like doing anything else.
If an otc supplement could cause significant positive changes you have a medical deficiency that could've been verified by a blood screen or some other routine screening diagnostic.
