you didn't big mac, asking why ur big mad
"ha really got him" he chuckled to himself fatily
We aren't 17 any more dude nobody is confused about who the mad one is when you get like that lmao
Yeah I'm so mad your dumbass is going to piss out an otc supplement and waste pocket change. Fuckin pissed
Yea this stuff is psuedoscience that attracts pseuds (as evidenced by the posters supporting it in this thread)
You are getting scammed. If anything, it is probably bad for you. And the guy pushing it looks extremely weird - look at him and ask if you actually want to be like him.
What's actually being sold here is validation for preexisting confirmation bias. Skeptical of "big pharma", second guess things like vaccines only to drop the skepticism for shit like this and buy in wholesale. I don't care if you find the topic interesting, or enjoy looking into it. Though there is a certain air of needing to avoid "mainstream" be contrarian to the point of idiocy while claiming some kind of superiority for shit that is frankly unregulated and exists to separate fools from their money. Convincing the fool they've been fooled is always harder.
u big macs r weird
It sucks when modern healthcare gets it wrong, when you get misdiagnosed or you feel unseen or unheard after doing the run around from specialist to specialist. Though forsaking it entirely is a mistake, and it isn't sexy to tell people what they already know. Eat better, sleep better, learn to manage your stress and move around/exercise. If you are deficient in something hormones or whatever get a panel done and then adjust from there.
Thats not even getting into the psychosomatics and how powerful believing this or any other thing is the answer, and that's why rigorous trials, placebos and double blinds are so important.
I'm not forsaking anything. Went to dr they did blood tests said my bad cholesterol is high and I'm low on vitamin d3.
My only issue was the bitch wanted to pump me with drugs right away instead of saying hey stop eating shitty foods chonky boi
All this other stuff is of my own fruition
yeah she wanted me to take drugs so instead i take 11 pills
mainly i mean, some things are in competition for absorption. and some things may be in abundance in one product and throw numbers off, also there is chelation to consider. and quality of ingredient, itself...
nonetheless
If you don't take multi vitamins fish oil and creatine ur weird
It's hard to tell who has the best ingredients. I'm paying $100usd a month for everything. It's already a lot
i'm pretty sure there are studies that micronutrient treatments had wild successes, particularly next to mental wellness applications
rather enlightening, this thread.
of all the things to even take issue, and try to downtalk someone(you may not like), the good or ideal fuel for our bodies, probably shouldn't be one of them.
i mean right off the bat i look at "multi-vitamin" and that's where i think there's probably redundancy or ratios that end up making things worse if there is an imbalance - often times because these products are "balanced" (to themselves) which is supposed to look like it will "balance" you, when actually it just adds more of everything as you already have it. anything that's been in competition - and losing - will keep losing.
that's not to address any quality or absorption issues with anything, either.
in effect, you may be pissing out that 100$, like lil memer said
The turmeric is there to allow the lions mane and bacopa to enter the bloodbrain barrier more easily. Everything in itself is separate from the other
i'm talking about the multi vitamin, itself. just starting with that.
I just take the multivitamin and fish oil as a base. Sure I'm pissing some out, it's to cover my bases
