please explain to me the mechanism that would cause a nutrient to positively enhance your life if you aren't deficient in it
there's nothing wrong with what i said, you're arguing against imprecise language
Oh big mac
I'm not deficient in anything because I take multi vitamins only thing I was missing was vit d3
it came off to me as if you're saying that the correct answer lies with a doctor, but i think a better general knowledge of these sorts of essential nutrients can be better served than simply trusting a GP will screen and understand something not really in their purview
for the record, i agree with seeing a doctor and pursuing bloodwork, but it's usually more dynamic than what doctors prescribe, based on the medical and healthcare industries being pretty garbage for most people in this country.
I would make the same arguments regardless who the OP or their sympathizers are.
So I'll drop the fun jokes and just stick with key things I take issue with I haven't addressed.
This is actually backed up by evidence.... but describing it as a "wild success" is an overstatement. It sounds nitpicky but the nuance here is kind of important. In combination with therapy and an existing deficiency of the micronutrient in question, modest but meaningful incremental gains were made. In regards to mood, anxiety and cognitive function.
Incase thats unclear that means i agree with you for the most part nyte.
yeah most of the stuff isnt highly studied, still taking it
Awesome, it doesn't bother me what you put in your body. Knock yourself out, but you've given away the game the screenshot in OP said "You pay attention to the scientific evidence" but when it didnt back your feelys... well it didn't matter in the first place.
the entire basis of plasma thinking this is the solution for him specifically is purely marketing and the laziest way possible to consider biofeedback
For the record I don't generally care what a GP's opinion is interpreting results if all they want to is reduce everything to central tendency. Diagnostics are for producing individualized information.
I mean this is like half right then half off a bit, yeah your GP might not shotgun a nutrient panel without a reason, healthcare is time-pressed and unideal here... but diagnosing a nutrient deficiency is absolutely within a GP's purview and you'd be referred to an endo, hematologist, psyh or dietician (or combination of any of them) depending on the need.
what
Take pills with a meal and ample water or you risk stuff
.
Limited Evidence Against Turmeric: No specific studies directly refute turmeric’s role in enhancing blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeability for bacopa or lion’s mane; most research focuses on curcumin’s general bioavailability challenges.
Response to Critics: Highlight that while direct evidence is limited, turmeric’s anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties may still support cognitive health. Suggest consulting a healthcare provider to tailor your regimen
Your helpless.
you're
Talk to a physician or nutritionist in real life not some guy just claiming expertise to sell a product online.
