" In short: Plasma is a case study in how health marketing captures people who are skeptical of doctors but still crave authority. He’s not an innovator — he’s a consumer who mistakes “stacking pills” for scientific agency."
Alright I read about the guy. Common marketing bullshit. He reaps the rewards of actual healthy living by getting good sleep, diet, and exercise. Then he sells supplements because he knows you will associate his success with those products when there is no good reason to. Just like the gym guys selling powders and supplements when their results are from actually lifting and roids.
what the blyat its called BIOHACKING
I'm the real innovator here. I've taken nootropics they can't even legally make in China any more before.
Did they solve anything or help in any meaningful way? I would say no unless your problem is you aren't all sorts of wound up and want to be
Nootropics is a totally different subject big Mac
I probably eat the least fast food out of anyone of this forum. I'm eating plain rice out of a pyrex dish right now we are not built the same
MY hot take for the longevity thread is i firmly believe that the convention of everybody having a huge chunk of protein for every meal of the day is propaganda
I simply just do not care
You guys will do all this shit and some of you will die at 65 from heart attacks anyways
Supplement maxing is super gay though, female behaviors, just eat food, if you crave something then eat it, if you’re getting fat stop eating so much
I put these supplement shit into the same bucket as long covid but for a different target audience
Says the guy selling health insurance
