First two clues means that 2 isn't in the code. Fourth clue+second clue means that 4 is in there for sure. Second and third means that 4 has to be the last slot.

So, since 4 is the last slot, the first clue means 9 is correct and in the middle slot.

So the last clue then means 6 isn't in the code, so the remaining wrong placed correct number in the third clue is 3, which has to go in the first slot
