Yes what I see on this forum is day 1 lynches are taken for granted. And very often a moderately town player gets lynched instead of actually a scummie one.

The only metric that should be included in a ranking system is how often a player wins, weighted by the relative skill of other players in the game.

my concern is someone who sucks at mafia but sheeps. they follow games, post minimally and really don't offer anything. this is the sort of player who will have the most points. not faz, not jenada, not anyone you think is good.
those players will die and will not get the lynch points because they die early.

It's true, you can't. Incorporating other metrics puts constraints on the win condition. That's what rules are for.
