I ran an engineering physics simulation and the results are in:
Tank A fills up to the very top first, as the other ones will always stop at the pipe's height

What if the flow was slower tho

The picture indicated the faucet is dripping not flowing

Same thing. It stabilizes at that state in the photo and water does not ever go up anywhere else.

That being said; this simulation software is around 17 years old, and is an online game written in Java.
