for now yea it's not feasible or even 'necessary' but what if we found a way to tap into latent psionic powers in people, graft utility tools into a technicians arms, create stronger soldiers mentally and physically. a moral gray area could develop as to what is still 'human' and what isn't but if the need was great enough im sure plenty of people would be willing to look past it if not volunteer for it

There is a strict parallel between woman who have empathy for the unborn in their womb and those who have none.
