The trick is to have a couple million in the stock market, buy extremely cheap land in TN and build a home with a barn, riding arena, whatever you want, and then exploit the fact that TN has no income tax.

There's a car on the block below me that is plastered in like KPOP, Deadpool, and Rick and Morty car decals and what floored me is that recently a "FUCK JOE BIDEN FJB" decal with Donald Trump visually depicted made it on there.
It's probably smarter to move to TN but if I wanted to use that life hack I'd consider Puerto Rico

People move here because you can work for Raytheon for $150k a year and do nothing/never get fired. Purchase a nice home and then hide away in some bureaucratic hole in a defense contractor for the next 20 years of your life.
