You think being enslaved for 100s of years is bad? Try competing in a market economy (that you've been integrated into) when you're genetically predisposed to having lower intelligence and impulsiveness. THAT is bad.
"Black Wall Street" (or whatever made up fantasy tale) only exists because of segregation. These people cannot compete in local markets economically and have to be propped up through fake credentials, the stick of the EEOC, and the carrot of federal economic quotas. The benefit of segregation is such that a local market of "BUY FROM BLACK BUSINESSES" can actually exist (they don't have to compete with the superior white-man product).
This is basically what the MOSB/WOSB contracts exist for in the DoD/Federal contracting sphere.
Apartheid is frankly the more compassionate solution to these problems.
