yes shampoos and shit. I use shampoo like once a day at least. Black people do it once every week at the most, Iāve heard once a month from some black girls. They donāt have to because their hair doesnāt get greasy like white ppl hair so if they shampoo it too often it dries out and gets fucked up
You def should not use shampoo every day it's really bad for your hair. 3 times a week is perfectly fine even for greasy ass hair. You should still rinse your hair out every day tho just not put product in it
Shampoo kills off a lot of the Natty oils on your scalp and over use destroys the hair since you're just covering it in plastic basically
