I think they are setting it up to look like it mirrors Season 1 and will end in some big pedophile/satanic thing but in reality it’s just going to be that someone wanted to help the kids get away from their life with their father and mother and Will died accidentally by tripping and falling on that rock in the woods.
Nice bit of visual dialogue there with the guy in the go cart - clearly set up to remind you of the antagonist from season 1 (but once again, a red herring/fake parallel)
The dementia plotline is showing some promise and looking to be quite a heavy season. Scene with his wife was really something.
