My human neighbor has rejected my offer for a truce. He is going all in on me.
My AI neighbor is going full retard on me, even though his neighbor is attacking him too.

I want to kill the guy to the north of me

the guy to the south of xandau is trying to butter me up, but I want to feed xandau tech to keep him in place as a buffer while I expand toward the middle and block everyone else in my corner from getting in there

Both my neighbors are dumb. My enemy has 25 planets, 29 industry, and only 3 carriers.
My ally is playing his first game, but he is doing well and trading tech.
Thing are looking good.
