Coming in at #3 for 7.38 is my personal favorite support pick that worked like 2 years ago but now is back with a burning passion is my Dragon Knight Aether Lens + Meteor Hammer support build using the Fire Facet
Coming in at #4 in my list is Support Shadow Shaman
The twist on this build is the Helm of the Dominator first buy. In combination with Brown Ogre neutral for Smash! into Shackles combo, you also get Centaur and Skeleton army Troll as well. You can push easily or deal solo damage with shackle + neutrals.
Once you buy Aether Lens & Aghanim Sceptor you can spend your time casting your new Aghanim sceptor Shackle on your neutral creep and do pretty much anything you need.
