New sand king is pretty trash. The new Aghanim Sceptor is cool in theory, but the random stinger targeting is so poor that it's impossible to land any hits at all.
The only reasonable way to trigger it effectively is to have a rush refresher after aghanims. lol
They totally butchered Venomancer.

Radiance Viper is back big time since Aghanims actually ahs utility now.
Urn > Tranquils (slow as fuck, no regen innately, Bot's leave you too squishy early and Drum boots are good sometimes lategame swapping) > Radiance > Bloodstone > Aghanims > Butterfly > Shivas
Vessel is good if you needed it however Viper has zero cast range so using vessel + auto attacking causes a lock error with auto attacks and casting.
Viper is so gay he's the only guy I can't ever tank against properly
He shreds magic resist so all the big items in dota right now get completely countered.
I'll be pretty fair in saying that viper is a bit overtuned.
So ban Viper then lol

I've been playing Batrider like this for a bit before this arsonist was even a thing.
You want to go Mjollnir though because each Sticky Napalm increases the bounce damage, and active of Mjollnir.

Sand King with level 25 talent +10 pulses is absurdity.
My go to build is Radiance > Bloodstone > Octarine > Refresher
Aghanims is good but the way it misses is terrible. Furthermore, if you stack two Epicenters, the Aghanim's Stingers do not stack.

Yes. With the Caustic Finale Facet you can 1 tap most camps and you get absurd GPM. It's not exactly a naked Radiance though; typically it's 2x bracer > phase Boots > Radiance
Chaos Knight support with the bouncing Chaos Bolt facet is my new favorite support. All you need is Treads - Aether Lens + Agh Shard.
Armlet is very cheap and goes a very long ways in terms of a dps support item. Not to mention the survivability of armlet toggling on a support.
Octarine is your go to after.
Vlads is great too.
You can catch any hero out of position by a mile and instantly disable with Stun + rift combo.
The hero can solo jungle with 1 point in his crit passive, has super high move speed with great armor and stat growth.
