Whenever I see numbers like these I look for patterns, generally looking for (n1 + n2) % 10 == 0
In this case I do 7 + 3 = 10 and 1 + 8 = 9
Therefore we have the start of a countdown 10, 9, …
If the person in question plans to live to 100 his username may in fact be a countdown of sets of 10 years that he has lived. For example from the time he was born to age 10 he wouldn’t have had a username.
When he hit 10 his username was probably 73
When he hit 20 his username was 7318 to signify he was at least 20.
I suspect his username will be 213786 by 2030.
