i make a decent interim leader getting the ship into port if the captain is gone but i don't enjoy it and i feel like it distracts me from things im better at than leading
nothing wrong with being a follower. a group of 10 leaders loses every time to 1 leader and 9 followers
honestly thats dope i respect it. i just have so little faith and bad experiences with most leadership of any sort that it's tempting to say fuck it ill handle it
well yea there has to be mutual trust and respect on both sides. if you don't have that it breeds lots of problems
leading is super complex compared to delivering and im pretty sure thats why people suck at it but yeah, i think it goes beyond trust and respect
