im passionate about history and tbh don't know how i got sucked into this to begin with but i believe denial and manipulation of the past is very harmful. especially to children

i like to rail against redditorposting about world politics that w/ a judgmental slant on unsavory realities that we cant do much about and we're aware of because we have way too much free time
if you actually wanna do something about japan downplaying their atrocities to some extent u can set up a website or somethin idk

regarding reeducating japanese most of them can handle that themselves if they want to i've found.
idk if im ever gonna actually have an effect but my intended effect is to cause hesitance when peoples tangential conversational instincts go towards "oh japan, thats the country that's still brainwashing their children on ww2 right"
when there are so many conversations to be had that dont need to take that negative tack
but yeah i guess im just rationalizing venting about my annoyance of the inevitable prevalence of those thought patterns

ok i used the word hostility but osiris himself admitted to some level of passive aggression (which was dank and meta because it's meta passive aggression against my past accusations of passive aggression)
