My own opinion is there should be some sort of quality component - for example if you argued for 14 hours but the whole time acted like you didn't actually care that much, refrained from directly insulting the other person, and claimed multiple times to not be reading anybody else's posts but your own - I think that should significantly boost your rating.
It has to count for something at least.
