There's a lichess 45/45 league if you're interested, I just found out about it. Trying to play more. It's once a week, I think the time u just work out with whoever ur playing that week probably. You get paired on a team with random people for a season or you can request to be with friends. It says sign-ups are open but it looks like the season just started so idk if I'm gonna have to wait a couple months. Seems like a decent substitute for otb though

I only have one friend who's probably ranked higher than that, me and the rest of my friends are like 1600 and below I think. it's certainly impressive when the max elo is always below 3k
