so i don't know any of the details really but im just assuming ldr type stuff and afaik they never met, but ive been on both the nyte end and the jones end (cutting off&being cut off). people seek solace online in each other's company and develop close relationships because it's comforting and it's shit when things go badly and end up how they can :/
it's easier to connect with people online because it's like an escape from reality. which makes it easier to yell at people for no goddamn reason too

tl;dr, jones needs to find a safe way to cope / self-soothe because time heals everything is an accurate while cliche thing. not sure if posting on nadota is the way because you're most certainly spiraling when you are.

People are empathizing with jones because he's in here presenting himself as a victim. Even just from reading the site and talking to him you should be able to tell that's not the case
To the people typing "I've been jones" - were you posting extremely specific insults, calls to violence, telling the other person you hope they get horribly injured 8 months after the fact and then pretending you are a victim when you send 6 emails about "reconciling to an acceptable level" and they get ignored
