I’m not trolling I’m just encouraging healthier social community development. Some things should be taken as is and not messed with, emoji sizes are one of those things.
Making them bigger - even by 5 pixels - is gross, appalling. It messes with the very delicate balance of the social system in place. Poisons the well.
Every second spent discussing theme colors, name colors, shield colors, emoji sizes, and avatar shapes adds up to kill the site. Not by lack of activity, but by reducing what is meant to be a forum into this gross design Game - this big roleplay of playing dressup with your forum. Like tf2 hats - just like tf2 hats. It’s not a slippery slope or anything, but every bit of roleplay that can be avoided should be avoided.
Nobody cares. Nobody would’ve ever complained if the emojis were 20x20 from the beginning - nobody would’ve said that they were “too small to see” [sic.]. Don’t change things, make things.
Despite using the Simple theme - the emoji size obviously still affects me. If everyone else sees them giant then what does it matter if I see them small?
It’s not right - it’s not right.
for the last day or so the sites been super glitchy where anytime I view a message or try to it doesn’t go back to the site when I close it. I can’t click on anything, and it’s dark as if it’s deselected or something
