Supposed to be my one day to sleep in all week and had a bad one. No drinks either. Did a really intense workout after work and that is usually bad for my sleep.

I just sleep for 8 hours, wake up, have a cigarette and go back to bed to sleep for another two.
cigarette when you wake up is pretty bad

you probably aren't getting much out of the nap after a morning cigarette. I meant it more generally tho -- smoking when you wake up is associated with a higher risk of cancer
