3 Infiltrators vs 9 Tribesmen

Infiltration Phase:
On Day 1, players must publicly split themselves into 3 Tribes of 4 Players Each.
This is organized by the players themselves, there is no lynch or night phase for day 1.
Day 2 starts immediately after two tribes are confirmed in the thread, the final 4 players left behind automatically form the third tribe.
If the day ends before that happens, the remaining tribes are randomized then announced publicly.

Core Game:
During Day Phase, the tribes convene, and players get to vote on which Tribe to lynch.
During Night Phase, each tribe enters a private Night Chat, in which they must agree whether to send their smoke signal or not at dawn (a tied vote is resolved as Yes).
If 2 out of 3 Signals are lit on the dawn of the next day, the entire chosen Tribe is eliminated.
No Infiltrator night kill.
Infiltrators have Day Chat only, no Night Chat.
(As they are split up into their respective tribes during night)

Win Conditions:
1 Tribe Majority (1vs3 or 0v4) is a win for Tribesmen.
1 Tribe Parity or Majority (2vs2 or 3vs1) is a win for Inflitrators.
The 2 tribe stalemate:
(3+1) vs (0+4) is an Eternal Stalemate.
