to be fair there are a lot of gym rats I know with a ton of weight in their arms and legs that shouldn’t be there had they been regular healthy people

I now have both short term (6 month) and medium term (18 month) goals that I took the first huge step to achieving today. Unfortunately I’m lost on possible long term (10 year) goals. Very excited to get to work though.
