ate a single breakfast burrito today, about 450 calories. It’s 6:48pm. May eat a little later tonight around midnight around 800 calories to finish the day off with 1250 calories total

Eating enough to trigger an insulin response, but not enough to hit BMR will cause metabolic slowing, and increased hunger levels.
