the concept of running numbers to increase your effective win % doesnt rub me the wrong way but creating strategies that require strict adherence on the fly (especially ones that require player synchronization during the day) when some people only show up a few times a day leads to a lot of people being frustrated. could say town just needs to be more productive but town wins on this site plenty enough. i love turf war but it is gameable from a numbers standpoint and i dont think most players enjoy that. at least solving on day 1

Like when he zeused ian and me
i understand him trying to put people inline as rules had been lackadaisical. however your zeus' we're a little zealous, similar to yours
those* not editing out of respect for mafia subforum
im sure you're aware by now but i enjoy your gaming. originally bazinga but now you as well are the players who i enjoy playing/hosting and keep me coming back for another game. take however long you need
rip gwez and ewiz making ball torture jokes in scum chat and being afk only to blow up the thread when they return
I think the thing plan complainers miss is that you don't actually have to follow a plan when I say we're all going to follow a plan and I'm just going to shoot you. Just like you don't actually have to be scum and you're not necessarily going to die when I say You're Mafia And We're Lynching You Today Tell Us Your Teammates
It is more like a "Nut Up" moment and matty's nut up there was to decide who was scum (jdance, according to both of us) and offer that shot. You could even offer that shot paired with me and I'd probably take it and we'd be town circle. This is what I mean about not actually needing to follow the plan just needing to engage with the game and not pussyfoot around
i nutted up and killed myself (which was -town ev)
Yes not a great play
Also posting about the game outside the game thread as a website moderator: NAGL. Ask IAAFR about NAGL
what's nagl
Intuition tells me Not a great look
The best plan was to find the exact scum and shoot/lynch him. It takes a while for me to build up the confidence on that, which I think I was doing a fairly good job of prior to you intervening. In this game and Smoke Signals, I'm powerless because I can't kill you because I don't believe it's optimal to kill towns, no matter what the numbers say. You're just going to kill me and there's no reasoning with you.
I've already said this several times, but your current play would adapt very well to scum and would be scary to play against.
And as a final point, you keep saying how you wanted to kill jdance but your actions tell a different story. You shot me and then lynched insom for some reason? I see only one point where you independently suspected jdance and it was a decent starting idea (either jdance or jcrispy), but you dropped it. It feels like you're just trying to work against me -- avoiding your brief initial suspicion on jdance simply to avoid cooperating with me or acknowledging my contribution to the game.
You're going to say that I'm not powerless, I can follow the plan: I'm sure we can quickly program a bot that you can issue commands to that will fill a slot in the game.
The obvious solution is for you to form a mafia voting block with other Low-T males.
You need to be way more provocative and willing to take the entire game hostage.
Our cabal would be one stronger if you signed.
