Texas Justice Day 3

why did you shoot matticus?

I didn't like how hard Matt went along with Klaze's gamelosing plan. Specifically this bit:

I also had a gutread on ■■■ being town and he was on Matt's case as well.

How do you even try for this bullshit lmao. This is literally the first time you’ve typed “Slowdive” all game.

Whoops, meant to reply to this post, not that other one.

let’s see if I’m right.

lynch Gamut

@KrazyKat

Here’s my reasoning. You both seem pretty scummy and I don’t have much to go on.

3 people died night 1. yns claimed credit for klaze. One of the other two was a mafia kill.

LuckyArtist doesn’t seem to be trying very hard to win, I don’t think he cares much about this game. That makes his claim that he wasted his shot night 1 to kill dan for shits and giggles more believable to me.

On the other hand Gamut seemed very confident at the start of the day but shook when questioned. I don’t agree with your characterization of Matti’s d1 play. You linked an early post of his that reads like him saying “well it seems like a decent plan I’m willing to give it a chance even though there might be flaws” which is followed immediately by him saying he hasn’t thought it through adequately. That was basically my reaction upon reading Klaze’s plan, and I doubt I was alone in that. He turned against the plan pretty soon afterwards, and himself pointed out that the focus on Klaze’s plan was preventing town from scumhunting which makes Klaze seem scummy. Maybe you weren’t paying attention that far into the thread and based your night kill on that early impression, or maybe all the time you spent typing, deleting, and retyping a reply to my question was cornered mafia flailing and you cherry-picked the first scummy thing you could find from Matticus to justify your claim.

slowdive said “lucky is scum af” early day 2. I don’t see why he would want to risk getting his mafia partner lynched at that point in the game. On the other hand, he didn’t bother to lynch LBJ or follow up that one post with anything else about him. LBJ played scummy as fuck day 2 and was the one to start the vote on YNS. That vote was the whole reason I jumped on yns when it looked like the day would end without more than 2 votes on slowdive. Gamut has been consistently on LBJ since day 2, rather than looking to lynch anyone else. His day 2 play looks more town.

overall, lbj reads “lazy” and gamut reads “liar”

The town leave the Cock and Bull tavern and lead Gamut to the big oak tree.

Gamut the Texas Outlaw said, “Why do I keep rolling scum!” just before he died.

TOWN WINS !

Nice

lol easy as fuck didn’t even sweat

Very powerful gameplay

It’s not fair to mafia when they have someone with 400 iq on town’s side (me, not gwez)

this actually turned out to be a pretty fun game, i was skeptical at first.

The best D1 plan is probably to have two groups, consisting of 5 shooters and 5 victims, then lynch on a 50/50 D2.

SCUM TOWN
TOWN SCUM
TOWN TOWN
TOWN TOWN
TOWN TOWN

Result: 4 town, 2 scum lives. we get a 50/50 to lynch scum next day guaranteed shot if mislynch

SCUM TOWN killed
SCUM TOWN
TOWN TOWN
TOWN TOWN
TOWN TOWN

Result: 2 scum, 4 town lives. 50/50 to lynch scum. guaranteed shot if mislynch

TOWN SCUM
TOWN SCUM
TOWN TOWN
TOWN TOWN
TOWN TOWN

Result: 4 town, 2 scum lives, 50/50 to lynch scum, guaranteed shot if mislynch

Night actions:

N1
Lucky shot epok
yns shot Klaze
Mafia killed matticus and blocked epok.

N2
bazinga shot slowdive
gwez shot slowdive
Mafia killed bazinga and blocked gwez.

All it takes is one asshole to mess the game up for this, so I don’t like it  nor do I understand it

I’m really interested if anyone’s got any better gamesolves. The roleblocker does really fuck up everything

in the end, mafia killing matticus as a threat and lucky killing dan for sport was a much more compelling narrative than mafia kills dan and a seemingly intelligent town kills matticus n1 on a hunch after general town sentiment seems to support saving shots.

When you play so poorly it reads you as town … really makes me think
