the 'afk-strat' problem

Run a game with no minimum, and max 25 posts per day (lynches dont count).

Run a game with 15 post per 24 hour minimum and maximum of 80 posts per person.

See what everyone prefers and what is actually fun.

doesn't matter. even with ur vote flipped it loses

I voted for the second option so friend's vote flip would make it a tie. Friend, you can flip your vote by clicking "hide results" on the poll and voting again.

u flipped dur vote for a tie what a player

I have sworn off mafia because i have opportunistically sprouted morals and dont like lying to people anymore

I agreed on it, I just think that it doesnt exactly work for larger games. There ends up being a ton of posts since the games days are still the same length. Busy people fall behind in those. we need to get used to doing smaller setups with "comp requirements" instead of grand setups.

I dont think theres anything wrong with me saying people can host the games they want or that it shouldnt be a standard amongst all games. I just think we should do it in smaller games while people observe and learn the value of it, and that we should consider running longform games alongside it (maybe the Grand ones?) so that there is something for the more casual/busy player.

agreed

I just personally really like the idea of running grand games with longer days so everyone can participate and the uniqueness of whatever the setup is about can be fully appreciated. I miss when people hosted silly messy large setups like the Christmas ones and im sure others share that sentiment. Casual big game mafia sounds ljke itd be really fun and give me more opportunities to play with people I miss like iaafr n others.

Meanwhile we run your fight club thing for boss bitches and the people who wanna tryhard can do it there. That gives us games worth building a league around so why not have them. If someone ruins a game they can get banned from signing the tryhard circuit for a couple games along with a rating penalty lmao

I mean what’s the issue you just have the host decide the rules idk why u gotta make a fucking thread about how we’ve been organizing things for years now
