FACT: ewiz was given his job due to his whiteness and not due to his work ethic or ability, a black or brown POC could do his job much better and create more diversity but ewiz greedily took this job instead of working for min wage and thus perpetuating the cycle of systemic oppression that continues to cause poverty and death within communities of color within the United States

FACT: ewiz was taught to fear black and brown BIPOC as a child and these ingrained feelings within him help perpetuate the system of oppression. Only through recognizing these inherent biases within him can ewiz work towards dismantling these systems and offering his livelihood to a BIPOC as a sacrifice towards the greater goal of equality
