numeta has lost his lounge access due to much anger amongst users. i feel it is best this way.
if you want to have a numeta free political discussion then make it in the lounge and talk amongst yourselves

Usually when ppl are excluded from lounge it is because they are either

Using personal info that was shared in lounge to try and hurt others

Spamming a bunch of threads and ruining discussions
Numeta doesn't meet either of those conditions. He only posts in his own threads (or threads specifically targeted at him) and he isn't using people's personal info to insult them (usually he makes up his own personal info, eg. "nyte is secretly a guy and watches CNN all day")
You're just using your moderator power to find some other way to be a cunt after people told you not to ban him.
unfortunate you see it this way. message roragok and tell him i'm an awful moderator then. i'm sure i'm totally abusing my power.
The point isn't to attack you or get you removed as a moderator it's to tell you you're doing pointless stuff that nobody asked for because you want to jerk yourself off over being Mr. Moderator

read the thread, read the room, read the mood. people are unhappy with him. separating the two seems to be a good idea. if he doesn't even use the lounge then nothing is lost.
am i removing lounge and warning numeta beacuse of my own vendetta against him in a thread i've mostly not read until it became a meme fest? or maybe just maybe there are like 10 ppl who keep flagging his posts.
do we want to enter a period of time where people are upset at the website because some irrational person? i'd rather not.

When people become moderators of this ( / the old) website about half of them become intolerable cunts.
Many are savable but the problem is they don't want to hear when they're being cunts. They take it as a personal attack when really it's just "you're doing great in general but this is you being stupid"
Moderation is a service role not an authoritarian role. It's the same issue that applies to police in this country - the task may be to try to listen to and understand the needs of the people, but somewhere it gets misconstrued as "I have the tiniest bit of power and I do what I want - Fuck you."
However since I am seeing you guys have a lot of constructive criticism for my posting, I am setting up a new place for you to make your concerns heard - see below

i've been extremely open to my moderating. infact most of what i do is totally based off the reaction the majority have. the only decision i've made for myself without asking was removing lounge.
