You can claim you weren’t lying because you didn’t remember the truth.
However, you represented what you were saying as if you clearly remembered the truth. Only now do you mention that you were drunk/didn’t remember. This is manipulative/misrepresentation, which you are trying to argue did not exist in your original posting.
And my point in all of it is that due to your misrepresentation of how certain you were of the facts in this situation (really, you were not certain at all, considering you were proven wrong and then posted “i was blackout drunk and remember none of that”), people really should not trust your representations of the facts in other situations. Because they are equally fallible and equally prone to “oops I was drunk” moments.
