I guess the pacing is pretty slow

I recommend 2x or even 4x our guy dave can be pretty somniferous
Obviously slow it down when you get to the bit where things actually happen but i'd argue that's like 2 episodes at most
i think i made it to 5. I just thought it was so unlike the original twin peaks
It's fairly overindulgent both stylistically and plot-wise
People hit "auteur" status and they stop hearing "cut the shit dave" when they need it i think
