Probably works for some people but i am way too much of a stimulant addict. Ultimately you have to increase dosage. If youre going to use it you should periodize it i guess
I think most people are better off doing it "the hard way" and learning how they study best/adopting good habits/developing a stronger ability to focus

I mean its real in the sense that obesity is real. If you eat a lot you become obese.
Fundamentally different in a sense though as people are born skinny and become fat
People are born with low attention span and have to cultivate it. Those that don't have "add"
With the notable point that there is definitely a genetic component and there will be variance in a persons capability to cultivate focus

Furthermore when people are diagnosed with add they are considerably more likely to handicap themselves and say theres no point in even trying
idk where you got this but, there are absolutely babies that are born "fat"
