The environmental impact of the meat industry(but honestly big ag in general) is atrocious but people are fucking retarded as is clear by voting on bills that require more âhumaneâ conditions for slaughter of particular animals that we arenât even big producers of. California is huge for ag, yes. But we do fucking chicken and cows for MILK more than other meats.

I donât think being a vegetarian or a vegan is all that good, but the meat industry is pretty bad. Cows are hugely inefficient sources of food in the way us dumb fucking consumers want the luxury of them. Burgers fast food all day every day, hey at least with fast food theyâre using a lot more of the animal in the process. (âAnimalâ purposefully vague here)
