Heās a strong leader that came into power when the country was a mafia run state getting stripped and sold away to foreign nationals and the quality of life improved significantly for people when he was in power compared to the 8 years previous
having things improve beyond the chaos of Yeltsin doesnāt mean he was a good leader though, things were always going to improve
