i don't think you could live with the world if you just accepted the reality that the United States has a permanent racial underclass that at a population level underperforms cognitively, is predisposed to violence and crime, etc. and there is nothing that can be done about it.

What should I do
First you must clear your own mind of all poison, understand that throughout the course of human history there have been many ups and downs, where different groups and classes of people benefited more or less than others - we don't choose when or where we are born, or what is destined to happen during our lifetimes.
When it comes to government and ruling class, you must assume the worst case scenario. It does not make any logical sense to say that they are exclusively pushing X agenda only. They are called the "Ruling Class", not the "Half Ruling Class". They are pushing every agenda and every thought, every opinion and word are hand crafted.
You have no control over how you think, and never will. They own every single person in existence, the people you think are in control are as powerless as you are. "George Soros" might as well be an ant compared to the actual kings of this Earth.
Now you might say, if that was true; how come I am (and now subsequently, you are too) allowed to "break free" like we are doing now? We are not. We are still under total control - it falls under their plan that some people will think these things. Every step of the way is already written for us, despite having "free will" of our own.
As long as you recognize and accept this, and can recognize and "free" yourself of these ideologies - you will be able to "live with yourself" as Jonesz puts it. "Free" is in quotes because you're never going to be free - We do not know what free even means. Actual freedom is unimaginable to us, like magic or alien worlds.
Learn to respect people as equals and treat people how you would like to be treated. It's nobody's fault.
This does not mean to turn the other cheek however - I recommend isolating yourself as much as you can from unnecessary discord, some people are certainly beyond helping.
But again - nobody chose to end up where and how they are, you can judge, I certainly do - but just recognizing this is enough to "go to heaven".
