At least for scuba the boat gets in a good position and then they straight up shut off the engine, anchor so the worst you can do is conk your head. I think big ships would too. Movings scary tho
oh ok wait, i think the giant oppressive feeling being next to a huge ship in the water would be terrifying, i was thinking being down next to a sub. i feel that those would be two very different orientations u know
Idk I'm a pretty good swimmer it's just a phobia or something
Fleeing for a better life? They strap 10 people to a tire because they know the white man will come save them.

Recover corpses? LMAO. They never even found MH730
they are out on the sea, roped to a piece of driftwood at the dead of night, and what caught them is this wasteland
congrats, welcome iteration whatever-it-is-this-time
Hellevik, being exposed to the highest pressure gradient and in the process of moving to secure the inner door, was forced through the crescent-shaped opening measuring 60 centimetres (24 in) long created by the jammed interior trunk door. With the escaping air and pressure, it included bisection of his thoracoabdominal cavity, which resulted in fragmentation of his body, followed by expulsion of all of the internal organs of his chest and abdomen, except the trachea and a section of small intestine, and of the thoracic spine. These were projected some distance, one section being found 10 metres (30 ft) vertically above the exterior pressure door.[3]: 95
Whom tha fuck is Von???
They did have them. They had multiple ways to manual override and surface.
The fact that they didn't means the the thing inploded.
Even worse, maybe they did surface, but without power.
The thing is locked from the inside.
They might be floating on the surface and slowly suffocating.
And no one knows where they are.
That's calculable, I imagine they went out to look for them where it would be. I agree on the implosion thing tho. Just takes one kink in your homemade sub
