That's the podcast aftershow where they take calls, plus they were short staffed (-2 main cast) that day and had to bring in a replacement crew member (middle guy).
All of the crew members should be "replacement crew members" and all of them should be replaced. It's the only way to save the podcast. Black hole of charisma doesnt change by adding 2 more people to it

60 degrees with a nice breeze is incredible, especially if you have work outside
There is 12 mph winds. Threshhold for good weather is around 7.
