Can’t do what? A chinup? Just do lat pull downs till you can, once I started doing lat pull downs at 195lb, I just start doing as many chin ups as I could for 3 sets and on the rep I was going to fail, I’d count to 30 and then drop.
I don’t know shit about pull ups though

I dunno 90 days of doing chin ups every other day. I modified greyskull phrak lp ALOT, cause I get bored.
I’m weak and a virgin.

160lb deadlift? Is that including the weight of the bar?
PS a great way to trick yourself into lifting more is using a 55lb bar and forcing yourself to forget.
