Unfortunate rolls on Mason/Lovers.
Lovers were NAI but i figured good players would focus on clearing eachother.
Masons were anon, but i knew theyâd eventually figure out who eachother were, but i wanted doubt.
I felt town having a bunch of âconfirmedâ roles would lead to a town favored game so I wanted to throw a curve to some roles.
Klaze/Ironstove really shouldâve communicated more in the Chatzy to clear eachother.
YNS/Bazinga really shouldâve spoken more to figure out who to focus on, itâs essentially a confirmed town you can speak to and collaborate with.
ironstove logged off early d2 and never came back

YNS/Bazinga were told they couldnât claim Mason to prove who they were in the chat, they couldnât plan anything to prove to eachother.
They were to stay âanonâ. I told both of them that I knew they would eventually figure eachother out and thatâs fine. AS long as it happens naturally, not from outright telling eachother.
YNS being 10iq couldnât understand what i was saying.

This was a decent game until everyone got mad. Getting mad to towntell or fake not being mafia isn't fun

i got pretty annoyed when i got a message from Alightsoul apologizing for what he was saying in game about the setup, because :"thats not how he really feels"

i think in game fake rage is fine.
when you start threatening to never play again, or bitching about out of game stuff then thats where the problem is IMO.
I'm going to be honest and say this once and then we won't talk about it more because I don't need an argument
I think the way dotaKyle handled himself and hosting this game was pretty immature and I don't think he's justified in his moping
It should be pretty obvious what I was doing: End of day 1 hit and faz was dying town with me defending him all day, I really needed to live thru n1 as cop so I started posting the scummiest shit possible to try and convince scum not to NK me overnight.
Then d2 same thing if I could convince scum that I was just an idiot and get an extra night as cop that would be hugely beneficial to town, so after I got my lynch in I started saying how I was ruining the game and shit and I wasn't actually cop and actually the setup is crazy and DotaKyle is griefing us and all manner of other shit in an attempt to scumtell enough to not die that night.
As I was doing this I realized Kyle's a little fragile and I sent him this message:
Because I didn't want him to feel I was being mean to him or anything. I was being considerate
So then DotaKKKyle posts this in the thread while the night is still ongoing
which basically outwardly confirms to scum that I was fucking around at EOD and said something to Kyle about it. So here, DotaKyle really did grief his game.
Now let's examine what DotaKyle is actually saying in the context of his actions. Kyle regularly rages out of games, uses anger, threats to leave the game or threats to never play again as a means to towntell or manipulate people in games. So this behavior is OK to him. The behavior that isn't OK to him is saying "wow this setup is crazy" in a closed setup and "DotaKyle Griefed Us!" which is basically a meme.
The actual reason these are not OK with him is that he feels personally attacked even though it's not even a serious thing and I went out of my way to make sure he didn't feel attacked. So he reacted to feeling personally attacked as the host and gave extra information in the game and I don't think that's OK.
