Just make very vaguely specific analogies
He never gave a definition. He's using the same one or, at best, he's using otherization as a term that has the negative impacts of marginalization, but refutes all of the reasons why otherization causes that marginalization. He doesn't get to have it both ways: for his use of otherization to be coherent he has to accept the definitions of the Other and the subaltern

Let's just say he is here to try to puff himself up and convince people his opinions/positions are right - as if it were some sort of debate. As if he were socialized to assert his opinions with more confidence and try to bully the other out of the conversation, rather than listen, learn, and seek mutual understanding.
